Some clients from other companies told us they would have problems with the LCD screen of the VS890 obd scanner, asked us how to solve it?
1. plug the card and insert again.
2. plug the obd cable several times.
If still not working, then just the problem itself. To avoid this problems from us, we would re-testing it again with USB cable before shipment to you to ensure what you get is 100% good LCD screen.
