2. Surface in this 2015 have update, not the black one, but software still the old version, so please don't update software from other sources, it will damaged the device.

Otherwise, software update is it free at present, but sometime, factory need you back the device to them, they will help you do it.

3. Connection is the worst question we have, this is why we connect it ok with the user manual shows, but still cannot install it.

maybe you do it like this, but this is also the right process, just you should note the turn, first connect the dongle to the device, then connect the device to the laptop with USB, this is very inprotant. and do not connect the dongle USB with laptop, this is useless cable.

CK-100, the next update version of SBB key programmer, is a token required key programmer that can program keys via immo and read pin code.

CK100 comes with 1024 tokens in default.

Token consume rate differs from vehicle to vehicle. The only way to add/reset token after used up is to replace the chip within the device.
Because CK-100 doesn’t support the tokens recharge online, you need to change the board to get new tokens after running out of the tokens.

You first need to order AT89C51CC03U NXP Fix Chip (Item No: SK117-S). The board including 1024 tokens, directly replace your old board with the new one, your CK-100 device will have 1024 tokens again.

If you do not know how to replace the chip, you have another option to send back your CK-100 main unit to us. Our engineer will replace the chip for you.

Multidiag PRO+ 2014.2 - Delphi DS150E 2014.02 (New VCI) Install Instructions (Trucks)...

Multidiag pro+ Bluetooth cdp pro+ truck 2014.02 install instructions

Step 1:

Don't plug Multidiag PRO cdp+ USB cable into computer yet. We'll tell you when to do it.
a) Download from link we emailed you, and unextract AutoCom 2013.3 to your computer. Launch: DSCars_HeavyDuty_R32013
b) Select "DS150E Heavy Duty Vehicles (New VCI)" from drop-down.
c) Click "Next"...
d) Leave "Destination Folder" intact. DO NOT change the path. Just click on "Install". Let install complete. Then go to Step 2 below...

Step 2:

a) Go to folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Delphi Diagnostics\DS150E Heavy Duty Vehicles (New VCI)
b) Delete entire folder called: data

Step 3:

a) Download from link we emailed you, and unextract Multidiag PRO cdp+ software anywhere on your computer.
b) Copy or move all files inside folder "Delphi 2014.2" to folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Delphi Diagnostics\DS150E Heavy Duty Vehicles (New VCI)
c) Overwrite all files when it asks you to — as seen below...

Step 4:

Launch AutoCom from your computer. There should be a desktop icon called: DS150E Heavy Duty Vehicles (New VCI)

Step 5:

When you get to this screen:

a) Open up "KeyGen - AutoCom 2014.2" (from the downloaded ZIP file in Step 3a) — and enter your Serial number, inside "SN" field as seen below:

b) Choose these settings:

BRAND: Delphi
VER: 2013.3
TYPE: TRUCKS
WHAT KEY: HWKEY

c) Press button "KEY".
d) Then copy SN into "Serial Number" field. And HWID into "Hardware key" as seen below...

e) Click on arrow to continue.

Step 6:

Click on button "START".
When you get this show up:

Click "Yes".
Then browse to your Desktop, and save the file "FileActivation" there.

Step 7:

a) Open up "Activator - AutoCom 2014.2" (from the downloaded ZIP file in Step 3a).
b) Click on "Open and Activate".

c) Browse to your Desktop and double-click on file: FileActivation

Step 8:

Click on "Start".
On next window, choose "No", as seen below...

Step 9:

Software will now register and launch automatically. (Yes, it will still show 2013.3 Logo, but it is actually 2014).
When it prompts you to update the software from internet, choose NO, as seen below...

DO NOT update the software from internet, else you'll brake the license and it'll be nearly impossible to reinstall it again. In this case,  you will take the result yourself, because you have been warned.
All updates will be informed by us including how-to-update instructions.

Now let's test that it's working...

Step 10:

a) Connect Multidiag PRO cdp+ to laptop and car.
b) Turn car ignition on.

Step 11:

a) Inside Multidiag PRO cdp+ software, click on: Settings > Hardware setup

b) Select "USB/BT (Com-port)".
c) Click on "Test".

It should successfully detect your device and show something like this...

If it prompts that Firmware is out of date, then click on "Update" button and wait 10 minutes for AutoCom CDP+ unit to update. Don't disconnect it while it's updating.

 

When firmware is updated, you're ready to start scanning your vehicle(s).

If you will be scanning older OBD-1 vehicles, you may need to get extra cables for car or truck. Because AutoCom only comes with a 16-pin port (which will plug into any OBD2 car in the world — 99% of cars in the world). But if your vehicle doesn't use 16-pin port, then you need to get extra cables.

MPPS ECU Flashing Reading Instructions

This following information describes in detail the process for Read ecus with the MPPS Cables.

To Flash and Read the ECU chips, first of all you have to already installed the software for MPPS SMPS MPPS V13.02 Chip Tuning SMPS MPPS correctly on your computer, if you do not have the software installed yet, pls download it from : http://www.mediafire.com/download/afv9j77kjhauvqf/MPPS_13.02_Software--obdautocar.com.rar

Example Vehicle:

VOLKSWAGEN -> GOLF IV -> ME7.5 -> 1.8Turbo

Select the Make from the list.

Next Select the Model from the list.

  Next Select the ECU TYPE from the List

Please read the comments section.

For example if this ECU was read and the flash was remapped you must checksum in you tuning software. Alternatively if your have not purchased checksuming of the ecu most remapped files can be checksumed by MPPS.

The note on this car indicates that if the immobilizer in the dashboard is blocking flashing access to remove the Dashboard (Kombi) FUSE.

PAY Close attention to the ECU type. If the ECU type is not found you can likely find it under another model.

For example selecting Audi -> A4 -> 1.8 Turbo Bosch ME7,5 selection could also be used to read this ECU as the hardware is the same.

Press "Ecu ID" to id the ecu. MPPS will be its best to perform a proper ECU ID. In some cases due to variations in data structure the exact versions are not shown even on a readable ecu..

Next Press the "Read" Button. MPPS will now attempt to read out the ecu data.

Upon successfully reading the ECU. MPPS will prompt you for the location to save the file name.

Turn on the key and press continue.

MPPS will perform any post reading requirements if needed by that ECU model.

First of all for the first question:

Now we can install the software for vag com 12.12 VCDS complete VAG-COM 2015 cable with original, unlocked and full version of VCDS VAG COM 12.12.0 software :

STEP 1: Install Ross-Tech VCDS Software

DO NOT plug VAG-COM cable into computer yet. Also don't launch software after install.
First install VCDS 12.12 software that came with the package.
Leave original installation path of: C:\Ross-Tech\VCDS

STEP 2: Plug VAG-COM 12.12 Cable Into Computer

Plug VAGCOM cable into any USB port on your computer.
Allow about 2-4 minutes for Windows to automatically install drivers.

If Windows says that drivers are successfully installed, then can skip to Step 4.
If Windows fails to install drivers, then continue to Step 3 below.

STEP 3: Install Driver Files

1) Go to Control Panel.

• Windows Vista/7/8/10: Control Panel » System » Device Manager
• Windows XP: Control Panel » System » "Hardware" tab » Device Manager

2) Expand "Ports (COM & LPT)".
3) Right-click on "Ross-Tech" » Update Driver Software.
4) Choose "Browse Computer for Driver Software".

5) Browse to: "C:\Ross-Tech\VCDS". So it should look like this...

6) Click "Next". When you get below message, choose "Install this driver software anyway".

That's it. Cable is now installed. Go to Step 4 below...

STEP 4: Disable Internet & Launch Software

Before launching the software...
You MUST disconnect from internet/WIFI before launching software. If you're connected to internet - then VAGCOM cable won't be detected by VCDS software.
Launch software from Start Menu. Or from C:\Ross-Tech\VCDS\VCDS.exe
Go to: Options » Test (leave it as USB)
It should show "Interface Found", as seen below...

Click "Save". You're now ready to scan your car.
